Wearable concept RING
-
Interlude was designed to address stress and emotional imbalance in women experiencing menopause. Rather than adding tech or data, the goal was to create a calming, analogue wearable that supports well-being through physical grounding.
-
It centres on tactile interaction. Inspired by sensory rituals, the ring features a soft, asymmetrical shape with a subtle groove to guide slow, intentional breathing — helping the wearer regulate stress discreetly.
-
The design was shaped through sketching, 3D prototyping, and user feedback. The result is a screen-free, jewellery-first piece that feels natural to wear and easy to use — a quiet intervention for daily balance.
A Wearable Pause
Interlude is a discreet breathing tool disguised as a ring — designed to support women navigating menopause. Rooted in empathy and everyday rituals, it blends wellness functionality with emotional design. This project bridges physical prototyping, healthcare insight, and brand storytelling into a product that feels intimate, calm, and quietly radical.
